It's that time of the year again. The new year. A new year means new beginnings. It also means making new year's resolutions. Most of which won't be kept. Your doctor wants you to be as healthy as possible but they also don't want you to push your body to a point that will cause you harm. Once you get that clean bill of health you'll be more motivated to start working out. That means you will be inspired to follow through on your new year's resolution of starting a workout program.

Once your doctor lets you know that your body is ready to start working out, the two of you can come up with a workout program tailored to your body and health. Just keep telling yourself this is your year and it will be!
